Instructional/User Experience Design Planning
I begin every project by performing a thorough needs assessment, create learner personas, then develop the objectives that will solve the problem of what the stakeholder wants the participant to be able to do by the end of the learning experience. After that, the fun begins with brainstorming, project planning, resource inventory, and mapping strategies.
